A.2.1.4. Pad the Client Frame

Whe the legth of cliet fame is less tha 64 bytes ad geate tha eight bytes, the TX MAC module isets pad bytes afte the payload to ceate a fame legth equal to the miimum size of 64 bytes. If the i_tx_skip_cc sigal is asseted while witig fame data, the coe does ot iset PAD bytes eve if the fame is shote tha 64 bytes log.
