15.5.7.2. System Trace Macrocell (STM)

System Trace Macrocell (STM) allows managers that can access AXI subordinate port of STM to post messages into a trace stream. These messages can be sent via stimulus ports or hardware EVENT interface. STM allows these message to be time stamped. STM also supports an EVENT interface that can be used to post additional messages into a trace stream. In addition to channels, 44 of the 64 EVENT signals are attached to FPGA.
