15.5.1.6. DAP TDO Output to SDM in Daisy Chain Mode

The TDO output of the DAP’s SWJ-DP launches on the falling edge of TCK (dap_tck). This is required to meet the IEEE 1149.1 standard when the DAP SWJ-DP JTAG port is connected directly to JTAG IO pins (dap_split == 1).

When the DAP and SDM mTAP are daisy-chained together (dap_split == 0), ensure the DAP TDO output to the SDM mTAP is launched on the rising edge of TCK.
