5.11.2. Burst Adaptation

APB is a non-bursting interface. Therefore, for any AXI master or Avalon® host with bursting support, a burst adapter is inserted before the agent interface and the burst transaction is translated into a series of non-bursting transactions before reaching the APB slave.
