5.10.4. Atomic Accesses

Exclusive accesses are supported for AXI slaves by passing the lock, transaction ID, and response signals from master to slave, with the limitation that slaves that do not reorder responses. Avalon® agents do not support exclusive accesses, and always return OKAY as a response. Locked accesses are also not supported.
