Hot-plug suppot allows you to add o emove the device fom a system duig utime. The GTS AXI Steamig IP implemets the hot-plug evet epotig via egistes. These egistes allows you to idicate vaious hot-plug evets. The logic the fowads this ifomatio to the Had IP. These egistes ae implemeted i the soft cotol egiste space.
