4.8.3. Function Number Format

The PF Numbe, VF Numbe ad VF Active fields specify the fuctio umbe of a TLP. The VF Active high idicates the equest/completio is tagetig a vitual fuctio. The VF Active low idicates the equest/completio is tagetig a physical fuctio i a device.
