7.2.19. Offset 0x0064 Memory Error Status 1

Bits Access Type Default Description
31:0 RW 0 If a bit is set to 1, it indicates that the corresponding memory interface has encountered an error and may need to be diagnosed. This may be a result of calibration failure or dynamic events such as a temperature sensor trip.
