1.5.1.4.2. Converting the SOF File into a Single RBF File

Different methods exist to convert the SOF into a single RBF file. The following two sections describe how to use the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Programmer command line tools or the GUI converter to convert the programming file.
