  1. In Intel® Quartus® Prime, click on Tools>Programmer. Click on Auto Detect to detect the JTAG chain and device.
  2. Add the generated .pof file in programmer and select the Program/Configure option.
  3. Click Start to program the .pof file into the on-chip flash.
