5.3.4.5. Preventing Overlapping Data in Flash

When you set up your system to boot from a flash memory, consider other data that is also stored in that flash memory. Intel® development boards are designed to support storing FPGA configuration images and software boot images together in either type of flash device, CFI or EPCS/EPCQ. When storing multiple images in flash memory, you must ensure that none of the images overlap one another.
