  1. In Intel® Quartus® Prime, click on Convert Programming Files from the File tab.
  2. Choose Programmer Object File (.pof) as Programming file type:.
  3. Set Mode to Internal Configuration.

  4. Click on Options/Boot info...>Load memory file for UFM source and browse to the generated .hex file.
  5. In the Convert Programming File dialog box, at the Input files to convert section, click Add File... and point to the generated Intel® Quartus® Prime .sof file.
