4.3.3.2. Temperature Monitor

The BTS can monitor the temperature and presents the data visually, including the historical data and real-time data. The board hardware is designed with a specialized temperature, and can monitor temperatures at four different locations on the board.
  • Sensor local: The temperature of the sensor itself.
  • Agilex 5E: The temperature of the silicon, which is monitored by the temperature sensor.
  • Board temp1 (Q18): The temperature from the location of Q18 on the board, which is monitored by the sensor
  • Board temp1 (Q19): The temperature from the location of Q19 on the board, which is monitored by the sensor
