8.5.1. PDN Design Guideline for Unused GTS Transceiver
If the entire GTS transceiver is not used on your PCB design, all GTS transceiver power rails (ending with _GTS) can be connected to GND. You must disconnect them from the power tree. VCC_HSSI in the power tree must still be powered on with the recommended decoupling capacitors listed in this document.
