5.1.4. Agilex™ 5 Power Management and VID Implementation Guide

The Agilex™ 5 SDM Power Management Firmware manages the SmartVID configuration and enables the FPGA to power up before you can access the FPGA.

The Agilex™ 5 Power Management and VID interface is installed as part of the Quartus® Prime software.
