2.3.1. LVDS SERDES Transmitter(TX) and LVDS SERDES Receiver(Rx) is not supporting SERDES factor equal to 8

Description

The LVDS SERDES Transmitter(TX) is not supporting SERDES factor equal to 8. If LVDS SERDES Receiver(Rx) channels with DPA-FIFO mode or non-DPA mode are placed within the same I/O bank as LVDS SERDES Transmitter(TX), the same constraint as above are applied.
