2.2.8. HPS External Oscillator (HPS_OSC_CLK) does not work on HPS_IOA_1 and HPS_IOA_2

Description

HPS does not work if you are using the HPS External Oscillator (HPS_OSC_CLK) as the Main PLL and Peripheral PLL Clock Source and it is assigned to HPS_IOA_1 or HPS_IOA_2.

Workaround

Reassign the HPS_OSC_CLK to any of the HPS 48 dedicated I/Os except the HPS_IOA_1 and HPS_IOA_2.
