2.1.5. ECC Checksum Bytes for NAND Flash Data is Miscalculated

Description

In the NAND controller, the checksum bytes generated by the ECC protection mechanism for data in the flash device is miscalculated in page sizes larger or equal to 2 KB, and therefore, ECC protection mechanism is not fully functional, and this has been disabled by software.

Workaround

Disable the ECC.
