2.5.12. IOPLL in HVIO bank cannot drive the GTS transceiver bank.

Description

The GTS transceiver bank cannot use the IOPLL in the HVIO bank below it as a second System PLL. For a GTS transceiver bank running both PCIe and non-PCIe protocols, a second System PLL is required. The second system PLL must come from the adjacent GTS transceiver bank instead.

Workaround

No workaround available. You can expect this issue to be fixed in production device.
