3.2. Powering Up the Development Kit

  1. Use the provided 240 W power adapter to supply power through 2x3 ATX connector J14 on the Carrier board.
  2. Set switch SW2 to the POS-3 position.
When the board powers up, the DS2 LED on the Carrier board illuminates, indicating that the board has powered up successfully. If the DS2 LED is not turned ON, it indicates that one of the voltage regulators is not turned on.
