4.8. Visualizing Dynamic Reconfiguration Group Placement

The Tile Interface Planner contains a Reconfiguration Groups pane that lists all reconfiguration groups in the design. The reconfiguration groups can consist of multirate IP as well as reconfiguration groups defined by you.

The Design tree and Reconfiguration Groups panes list all member IPs along with the reconfiguration tree structure. If you place a dynamic reconfiguration group, the tile placement view shows the placement of the startup instance IP by default.

If you click on a non-startup IP in either the design tree or Reconfiguration Groups pane, the default placement is updated with the placement of that particular IP instead of the startup instance. All views within the Tile Interface Planner are synchronized. If you select an object in one pane, the other panes update accordingly.
