When user space application attempts to send one packet to network device
- At queue initialization, the driver prefills all the descriptors.
- When a completion is received fom the user, the driver determines the packet’s protocol ID by using eth_type_trans call
- Driver submits the corresponding data packet to the TCP/IP Stack.
- Refills the ring to accommodate the incoming packets.
