Steps to assign OCT features to your pins:
  1. In the Intel® Quartus® Prime click Assignments > Assignment Editor.
  2. In the To column, search for the pin that you want to configure.
  3. In the Assignment Name column, select the desired termination feature based on the assignment names listed in Table 40.
  4. In the Value column, select the desired termination value.
  5. Click save to save your changes.
