Fa

Specifies that an assembly listing file should be generated.

Syntax

Linux:

-Fa[filename|dir]

Windows:

/Fa[filename|dir]

Arguments

filename

Is the name of the assembly listing file.

dir

Is the directory where the file should be placed. It can include filename.

Default

OFF

No assembly listing file is produced.

Description

This option specifies that an assembly listing file should be generated (optionally named filename). Only an assembly file is generated.

If filename is not specified, the file name will be the name of the source file with an extension of .asm; the file is placed in the current directory.

NOTE:

This option only applies to host compilation. When offloading is enabled, it does not impact device-specific compilation. Offloading can only be enabled when using ifx.
