- Search for On-Chip Memory in the IP Catalog.
- Add the On-Chip Memory II (RAM or ROM) Intel FPGA IP under Basic Functions > On Chip Memory. The New IP Variation window appears.
- Configure the Total memory size as 262144.
- Turn on the option Enable non-default initialization file and provide the filename hello.hex.
- Leave other settings at default.
- Click Finish to instantiate the peripheral.
