1.2.1.1.2.2. Adding On-Chip Memory II (RAM or ROM) Intel® FPGA IP

  1. Search for On-Chip Memory in the IP Catalog.
  2. Add the On-Chip Memory II (RAM or ROM) Intel FPGA IP under Basic Functions > On Chip Memory. The New IP Variation window appears.
  3. Configure the Total memory size as 262144.
  4. Turn on the option Enable non-default initialization file and provide the filename hello.hex.
  5. Leave other settings at default.
  6. Click Finish to instantiate the peripheral.
