This section describes the recommended power tree for the Agilex™ 7 device family.
There are different types of Agilex™ 7 devices.
- Agilex™ 7 (AGF) devices that cover only the E-Tile and P-Tile in the package (refer to the Recommended Agilex™ 7 AGF Devices (with only E-Tile and P-Tile) Power Tree for Production Devices figure).
- Agilex™ 7 (AGF) devices that cover only the F-Tile with only FGT (general-purpose transceivers) enabled (refer to the Recommended Agilex™ 7 AGI or AGF (with only F-Tile, or both F-Tile and R-Tile) Power Tree for Production Silicon figure).
- Agilex™ 7 (AGI) devices that cover the R-Tile or F-Tile, or both (F-Tile has both FGT (general-purpose transceivers) enabled and FHT (high-speed transceivers) enabled (refer to the Recommended Agilex™ 7 AGI or AGF (with only F-Tile, or both F-Tile and R-Tile) Power Tree for Production Silicon figure).
- Agilex™ 7 (AGM) devices1 that cover the R-Tile, F-Tile has both FGT (general-purpose transceivers) enabled and FHT (high-speed transceivers) enabled, and HBM (refer to the Recommended Agilex™ 7 AGM (with only F-Tile, or both F-Tile and R-Tile) Power Tree for Engineering Sample (ES) Silicon figure).
