Calculates natural logarithm. Vector variant of log1p(x) function for a 128-bit/256-bit vector arguments with float64 values.

Description
Returns the natural logarithm of vector v1 elements, defined by:
ln (v1 + 1)
Returns
128-bit/256-bit vector with the result of the operation.
