3.2.1. Step 1: Create an Exploration Dashboard Workspace in Local Mode

To create an Exploration Dashboard workspace for use in local mode, follow these steps:

  1. Create an Exploration Dashboard Workspace, as Step 1: Create an Exploration Dashboard Workspace describes. In this case, make sure to retain the local setting for Compute Spec Type before clicking OK. The Configure local Compute Specification dialog box opens.

  2. Retain the default values for the Quartus rootdir and LM license file settings. These values derive from the Quartus Prime software installation. Click OK.
