Description
Intermittent Recovery Equalization timeout might occur when R-Tile is configured as Gen5 and is linking up with a Gen4 link partner. The issue is not present when R-Tile is configured as native Gen4.
The root cause is the non-optimal PHY recipe setting of "save & restore.: The fix is targeted for Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 23.4 release Patch 0.07 firmware and Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 24.1.
