2.1.1.4. FHT TX EOJ Spec Compliance Issue

Description

The FHT transmitter does not meet the Even and Odd Jitter compliance specification as detailed in the CEI 4.0/5.0 and IEEE 802.3 standard. The rates affected are 53, 58, 106, and 116 Gbps.
