Parameter Value Default Value Description
Maximum payload size supported

128 bytes

256 bytes

512 bytes

512 bytes

Specifies the maximum payload size supported. This parameter sets the read only value of the max payload size supported field of the Device Capabilities register.

Function level reset True/False False

When this option is True, each function has its own individual reset.

This option appears only when Enable Multiple Physical Functions is set to True.

This option is enabled by default when SR-IOV support is enabled.

Enable multiple physical functions True/False False Enables multiple physical functions.
Total physical functions (PFs) 1-8 1

Set the number of physical functions. The IP core can support 1 - 8 PFs. This parameter is visible only if Enable multiple physical functions is set to True.

Note: 1x4 mode supports 1-4 PFs only.
Enable SR-IOV support True/False False Enable SR-IOV support.
Total virtual functions of physical function 0 (PF0 VFs) 3 0-2048 0

Set the number of VFs to be assigned to Physical Function 0. This parameter is visible only if Enable SR-IOV support is set to True.

Note: 1x4 mode supports 0-16 only
Total virtual functions of physical function 1 (PF1 VFs) 3 0-2048 0

Set the number of VFs to be assigned to Physical Function 1. This parameter is visible only if Enable SR-IOV support is set to True and Total physical functions is greater than 1.

Note: 1x4 mode supports 0-16 only
Total virtual functions of physical function 2 (PF2 VFs) 3 0-2048 0

Set the number of VFs to be assigned to Physical Function 2. This parameter is visible only if Enable SR-IOV support is set to True and Total physical functions is greater than 2.

Note: 1x4 mode supports 0-16 only
Total virtual functions of physical function 3 (PF3 VFs) 3 0-2048 0

Set the number of VFs to be assigned to Physical Function 3. This parameter is visible only if Enable SR-IOV support is set to True and Total physical functions is greater than 3.

Note: 1x4 mode supports 0-16 only
Total virtual functions of physical function 4 (PF4 VFs) 3 0-2048 0

Set the number of VFs to be assigned to Physical Function 4. This parameter is visible only if Enable SR-IOV support is set to True and Total physical functions is greater than 4.

Total virtual functions of physical function 5 (PF5 VFs) 3 0-2048 0

Set the number of VFs to be assigned to Physical Function 5. This parameter is visible only if Enable SR-IOV support is set to True and Total physical functions is greater than 5.

Total virtual functions of physical function 6 (PF6 VFs) 3 0-2048 0

Set the number of VFs to be assigned to Physical Function 6. This parameter is visible only if Enable SR-IOV support is set to True and Total physical functions is greater than 6.

Total virtual functions of physical function 7 (PF7 VFs) 3 0-2048 0

Set the number of VFs to be assigned to Physical Function 7. This parameter is visible only if Enable SR-IOV support is set to True and Total physical functions is 8.

3 The Total virtual functions of physical function <n> are shared among available physical functions. For example, if PF0 and PF1 are enabled with PF0 VFs set to 2000, Maximum PF1 VFs = 2048 - 2000 = 48
