5.1.23. HDMI TX Interrupt

HDMI TX interrupt block combines the interrupts from multiple lower-level blocks in the HDMI transmitter into a single interrupt output by the HDMI TX interrupt sub-block. This block also provides masking and enabling of interrupts. Necessary clock-domain crossing for the interrupt is also handled in this block.
