6.1.23. HDMI RX Interrupt

HDMI RX interrupt block combines the interrupts from multiple lower-level blocks in the HDMI receiver into a single interrupt output by the HDMI RX interrupt sub-block. This block also provides masking and enabling of interrupts. Necessary clock-domain crossing for the interrupt is also handled in this block.
