The Nios® V processor tools are command line utilities that are available when you use the Nios® V Command Shell. It enables you to create applications, board support package (BSP), and library software for a particular Nios® V processor hardware system. Nios® V processor tools create a portable, cross-platform CMake-based project that can be easily modified later to suit your build flow.
