Controlled Port | A virtual access point which provides full access to the network. This traffic requires encryption or decryption. The MACsec IP provides up to 64 Controlled ports. |
Uncontrolled Port | A virtual access point which provides access for only EAPOL traffic between the client and authenticator. This traffic does not require encryption or decryption. The MACsec IP provides one Uncontrolled port. |
