Ethernet Link Inspector is a standalone tool used with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Design Suite software version up to v18.1.

From Intel® Quartus® Prime Design Suite software version 19.1 or later, the tool is integrated into the Intel® Quartus® Prime Design Suite software. 9

If an Intel® Quartus® Prime version is not listed, the user guide for the previous version applies.
