2.2. Debugging QSPI Flash

You can debug the QSPI flash memory attached to the device through the debugger tool GUI. Connect the device to the debugger tool via the JTAG interface to enable the debugging. Then, configure the device with the image that contains the ASx4 pin configuration scheme.

The debugger tool allows to debug QSPI flash-related issues that include:
  • Automatic detection of the QSPI flash memory attached to the device.
  • Display of the flash information, including the manufacturer, density, and ID details.
  • Read flash registers with the specified opcode and size.
  • Erase, read, or write flash memory with the specified start address.
  • Read or write flash memory using the RPD file.
