2.3. Setting up the Intel® Arria® 10 FPGA development board
To run the UHD Video Format Conversion Design Example:
- Fit the Bitec HDMI 2.0 FMC card to the Intel® Arria® 10 GX FPGA development board using FMC Port A.
- Ensure the power switch (SW1) is turned off, then connect the power connector.
- Connect a USB Blaster II download cable to your computer and to the MicroUSB Connector (J3) on the Intel® Arria® 10 GX FPGA development board.
- Attach a HDMI 2.0 cable between the HDMI video source and the Rx port of the Bitec HDMI 2.0 FMC card and ensure the source is active.
- Attach a HDMI 2.0 cable between the HDMI display and the Tx port of the Bitec HDMI 2.0 FMC card and ensure the display is active.
- Turn on board using SW1.
