4. Bug Fixes

FPGA AI Suite Version 2024.1 fixes the following issue:
  • Performance has improved on certain graph and architecture combinations as a result of fixing an issue in the compiler.

    This compiler issue caused unnecessary reloads of the filter weights from external memory. The performance impact can exceed 5X in some cases (SqueezeNet 1.1 on the AGX7_Generic architecture, or MobileNet v3 on the AGX7_Performance architecture). In most cases, however, this issue had no performance impact.
