1.4.3.1.2. Generating the Board Support Package using the Command-Line Interface

You can also generate the BSP file using the following step:
  1. Launch the Nios V Command Shell
  2. Execute the following CLI command to generate the BSP file. Select the type as hal or ucosii.
    niosv-bsp -c --quartus-project=hw/top.qpf --qsys=hw/sys.qsys \
--type=<hal or ucosii> sw/bsp_custom/settings.bsp
