Description | Sends the a request to the client with the specified name and waits to receive a response from the dedicated server the client is connected to. |

Example Usage | ## Send a Tcl command to the client with the specified name. The context should have been set to include the request_type=tcl key value pair. qshm_send_request -name client1 -cmd "set x 5" |
