Figure 137.  Avalon® -ST Splitter Core

The Avalon® -ST Splitter core copies all input signals from the input interface to the corresponding output signals of each output interface without altering the size or functionality. This include all signals except for the ready signal.

The Avalon® -ST Splitter core includes a clock signal used by Platform Designer to determine the Avalon® -ST interface and clock domain that this core resides in. Because the clock signal is unused internally, no latency is introduced when using this core.
