3.3. Downloading the Intel® SoC FPGA Embedded Development Suite
Download the Intel® SoC FPGA Embedded Development Suite (EDS) for Linux from the Download Center on the Intel® FPGA website.
- Visit the FPGA Software Download Center page.
- Using the left-hand filter pane, perform the following steps to refine the search results:
- Select the Intel® Quartus® Prime Design Software option. This displays three Intel® Quartus® Prime software editions (Pro, Standard, or Lite).
- Select the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software. This displays a list of software versions.
- Select the Intel® Quartus® Prime software release version 18.1.
- Under Additional Software, select Intel® SoC FPGA Embedded Development Suite (SoC EDS).
- Under Operating System, select Linux*.
- In the refined list of pages, click Intel® SoC FPGA Embedded Development Suite Standard Edition Software Version 18.1 for Linux page. The product download page appears.
- Under Downloads > Software Download, click on the Download <file name> button to download the software package.
- Accept the Software License Agreement to start the download process.
