Guidance If the module is not recognized in BIOS
The Intel® Optane™ Memory H10 module stopped working after a system failure, and now it is not recognized during the Windows* installation, not even in the system BIOS.
If the unit is not recognized in the system BIOS, it is important to consider the following:
- Review the necessary BIOS settings with the system manufacturer, or the available platform documentation.
- Test the unit in a different M.2 port in the same system, or in a different system (if available).
- If the unit has been confirmed to be defective, review the possibility of a warranty replacement with the system manufacturer (OEM), place of purchase, or contact Intel Customer Support for further assistance.
