Unable to search a particular document on the RDC website; encountered an error message such as:
- No results found
- Something went wrong. If the problem persists contact the administrator. Go Back Reset Retry.
- Additional permission needed
Reasons why documents can't be searched on the Resource and Documentation Center (RDC) website:
- You don't have the Developer Zone Premier entitlement.
- Content has expired and is no longer visible.
- Content has not been published yet.
- You have tried to view content that is explicit for account.
Steps to search for a specific document in the RDC website:
- Go to Resource and Documentation Center. (Sign-in / authentication required)
- Type in the search bar the document number you want to find.
- Alternatively, you can use the search bar in the top right corner of the RDC and intel.com website.
If the steps above did not work, try this workaround:
- Go to intel.com page and scroll down to the end of the page and click on the option Cookies. That will take you to the page with the option Manage Cookies Settings at the right bottom corner.
- Click Manage Cookies Settings, then go to the Functional tab on the left. From there, click the switch button to Inactive ,then click Confirm My Choices.
- Sign in to Resource and Documentation Center and search for the document again.
Important note |
If the functional screen is already showing inactive, toggle the button to active, confirm My choices and then toggle the button to inactive, confirm My choices then search for the document again. |
