Error: “Unknown Model Format!” When Loading Intermediate Representation (IR) Model in Windows*

Unable to load IR model with Open Model Zoo demo in Windows*:

Unknown model format! Cannot find reader for model format: xml and read the model: model.xml. Please check that reader library exist in your PATH

Reinstall OpenVINO™ and ensure both inference_engine_ir_reader.dll and inference_engine.dll are located in the following directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\openvino_<version>\deployment_tools\inference_engine\bin\intel64\Release
