Resolution
Intel® GNA does not need to be enabled for OpenVINO™. GNA plugin provides a way to run inference on Intel® GNA, as well as in the software execution mode on CPU.
Run Hello Query Device Python Sample or Hello Query Device C++ Sample to check whether GNA plugin is an available Inference Engine device.
