Some items that may resolve the issue.
- Update the BIOS to latest version.
- Re-Install the OS.
- Install Intel DSA and update the drivers.
- Run Windows update.
- Try using a different SSD.
- Try using different memory.
- Plug the webcam, keyboard, and mouse dongle directly into the NUC and not using the monitor’s USB hub capability.
