Steps to resolve the BSOD issue after connecting Intel® Optane™ memory in a new system
Description
After the operating system (OS) installation, the system is unable to boot due to BSOD with the error Bad System Config Info.
Resolution
This error message can be caused due to a corrupted OS image. It is recommended to reinstall the OS while having the Intel® Optane™ memory connected to the system. Back up all data before doing the OS reinstallation.
- Note: Be sure not to select Intel® Optane™ Memory as the OS target device during the installation.
