Intel® NUC Doesn't Boot with Two Memory Modules Installed
What are you seeing?
Your Intel® NUC won't start if two memory modules are installed.
Why are you seeing it?
When you purchase two memory modules separately, the DRAM chips and SPD timing on the memory can be different. This is true even if they're made by the same vendor and have the same part number.
These differences can cause the computer not to start or instability with both modules installed.
How to fix it.
- Try using only one memory module at a time on your Intel NUC. Make sure that both are functioning.
- We highly recommend that you purchase memory as a matched pair.
